On the morning of December 8, Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tianrui Maglev Industry College, and Xie Fuxiang, President of Weichai Industry College, along with their delegation, visited Shanmon Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. to gain a deeper understanding of the company's needs in areas such as technology and talent, thereby promoting high-quality employment opportunities for college students and supporting local development initiatives.
During the meeting, Cai Yijian, General Manager of our company, introduced Shanmen Machinery’s basic information and current development status, expressing his willingness to strengthen communication and collaboration with the college to achieve substantial progress in various areas. Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Committee at Tianrui Maglev Industry College, shared details about the college’s background, educational philosophy, enrollment scale, research team, and graduate employment prospects, while also conducting an in-depth survey on our company’s products, R&D capabilities, and talent requirements. Both sides discussed new models of cooperation, joint research projects, internship and employment opportunities for graduates, as well as the development of professional master’s degree programs.
After the meeting, Shanmeng Machinery signed a industry-academia-research cooperation agreement with Weichai Industrial College, and jointly held an unveiling ceremony for employment and teaching initiatives with the school.
