1. Excavators are fixed assets that require significant economic investment. To extend their service life and maximize economic benefits, the equipment must be assigned to specific personnel, machines, and roles, with clearly defined responsibilities. When a job transfer becomes necessary, proper equipment handover procedures must be conducted.
2. After the excavator enters the construction site, the operator should first inspect the geological conditions of the working area as well as the surrounding environment. There must be no obstacles within the excavator's rotating radius to prevent scratches or damage to the machine.
3. After the machine is started, no personnel are allowed to stand inside the bucket, on the boom, or on the tracks—ensure safe operations at all times.
4. While the excavator is operating, no personnel are allowed to work, stop, or walk within the swing radius or beneath the bucket. Non-operating personnel must not enter the cab to fiddle with controls or move around randomly, and they are prohibited from bringing trainee drivers along, as this could lead to damage of electrical equipment.
5. When moving the excavator, the operator should first observe the surroundings and sound the horn before proceeding, ensuring no one is near the machinery to prevent safety incidents. After relocating, verify that the space within the excavator’s rotating radius remains completely clear of obstructions. Any violation of these procedures is strictly prohibited.
6. After work is completed, the excavator should be moved away from low-lying areas or the edges of trenches (ditches), parked on level ground, and then the doors and windows should be closed and locked.
7. Drivers must perform daily maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of the equipment, keep thorough daily records of equipment usage, and immediately report any vehicle issues—never operate machinery when it’s malfunctioning—and arrange for timely repairs.
8. The driver's cabin must be kept clean and tidy, while the vehicle body should remain free of dust and oil stains. After finishing work, make it a habit to wipe down the car.
9. Drivers should promptly maintain daily and shift records, accurately tally the day’s work activities, and promptly complete the necessary procedures—and keep detailed records— for any extra jobs or one-off tasks outside the main project, ensuring everything is ready for billing purposes.
10. Drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol at noon or driving under the influence during working hours. If caught, they will face financial penalties, and any resulting economic losses will be borne by the individual responsible.
11. For vehicle damage caused by human factors, analyze the reasons, identify the issues, clarify responsibilities, and impose financial penalties based on the severity of accountability.
12. We must cultivate a strong sense of responsibility, ensure safe production, diligently handle communication and service tasks with the construction team, foster positive bilateral relationships, establish a professional and dedicated work ethic, and wholeheartedly contribute to the company's growth and profitability through hard work.
13. Excavator operation is classified as a special type of work, requiring a special operations certificate to operate an excavator.
14. Maintenance requires strictly following the maintenance precautions.
