　　The DSXG multi-functional forest fire truck is a product developed under the national key research project "Forestry Public Welfare Industry Special," and has been recognized as a national scientific and technological achievement. Featuring comprehensive functionality and reliable performance, this vehicle integrates multiple innovative technologies and combines various firefighting capabilities into one, significantly enhancing and expanding the speed and effectiveness of fire suppression and rescue operations. Compared to traditional firefighting equipment, it boasts numerous groundbreaking and superior advantages, making it a new-generation, internationally advanced, multifunctional, and integrated firefighting and rescue engineering tool.
　　This vehicle is the first in China to innovatively combine a articulated engineering vehicle chassis with a frame-type superstructure, creating a stable and reliable driving platform capable of zero-turn maneuverability and adaptable to a wide range of challenging road conditions. Equipped with wide-base bias-ply tires, it ensures smooth operation and effective passage through rugged terrains such as grasslands, forests, mountainous regions, fields, and riverbanks—perfect for firefighting and rescue operations.
　　This vehicle marks the first domestic application of a compressed gas foam fire suppression system, delivering highly efficient firefighting capabilities. The compressed gas foam system is an innovative, cutting-edge technology holding a national invention patent. It employs chemical-based extinguishing methods, producing a fine, uniform foam that adheres exceptionally well and boasts superior resistance to re-ignition. Thanks to its comprehensive effects—cooling, smothering, and isolation—the system achieves outstanding fire suppression performance while remaining completely non-toxic and environmentally safe. Field tests have demonstrated that this system boosts firefighting efficiency by up to 20 times compared to direct water-based methods, while also increasing water-use efficiency by as much as 8 times. Additionally, it effectively prevents reignition. The fire-suppressing foam not only excels in direct firefighting applications but can also be sprayed onto trees and vegetation to create firebreaks, halting the spread of flames. Due to the foam's low density and lightweight nature, it experiences minimal pressure loss during delivery, enabling it to reach far distances with impressive lifting heights—exceeding 40 meters in both spray distance and height. This design ensures convenient mobility for on-site operations, making it ideal for tackling fires in high-altitude or challenging environments where rapid intervention is critical. At the vehicle’s upper section, a remotely controlled fire monitor is installed, allowing operators to control the system either from inside the cab or beneath the vehicle itself. The monitor can rotate 360 degrees and tilt vertically by up to 90 degrees. On the rear sides of the vehicle, two foam nozzles are positioned, perfect for combating wildfires in grasslands and forests—enabling quick establishment of firebreaks or efficient cleanup operations at the fire scene. Moreover, the system supports simultaneous delivery of two different types of water hoses: 40mm, 50mm, and 65mm models, further enhancing operational flexibility and ensuring swift, effective responses even in remote or difficult-to-access areas.
The vehicle is also equipped with a "bulldozer bucket-style obstacle-clearing and road-opening device," capable of shoveling earth to fill potholes, toppling trees, and breaking through barriers to clear a path. It can even directly knock down large trees with diameters of around 30 centimeters, while efficiently removing and flattening dense thickets of bushes and thorns—quickly creating clear passages for personnel and other vehicles. At the rear of the vehicle sits a "specialized fire-resistant trenching and soil-turning apparatus," designed to dig trenches, bury weeds, establish firebreaks, and effectively extinguish smoldering fires. Additionally, the vehicle features an "automated self-protection system," with strategically placed water spray nozzles integrated into the vehicle body to cool and protect it from overheating. The system can also supply compressed air power to external pneumatic tools, as well as hydraulic power for operating hydraulic demolition tools and other heavy-duty equipment. Onboard, an electric winch enables both self-rescue and rescue operations, while also supporting towing functions. Moreover, the vehicle is equipped with its own onboard water pump, allowing it to draw water directly from nearby sources—ensuring uninterrupted firefighting capabilities. Finally, the vehicle comes fitted with a "high-resolution infrared camera-based fire-scanning and detection system" along with a "Beidou-GPS integrated fire-location device," enabling precise pinpointing of fire locations and accurate assessment of fire intensity. Together, these advanced systems form a comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and fully autonomous modern firefighting platform.
　　This model comes in three variants: DSXG-2000-1000, DSXG-3000-1000, and DSXG-5000-2000, catering to the diverse site requirements of different users. It can also be deployed in urban and chemical firefighting scenarios, easily clearing obstacles on congested roads to create a clear path, enabling rescue personnel and equipment to swiftly reach the scene and efficiently organize emergency response efforts.
